Greeting Card | Small Craft Haul: Goodies From Amazon | Thelisha’s Crafts

Hey Sweeties,

Here’s part two of the small craft haul. This is the project post. I made a greeting card that I love. For anyone that knows me, I’m not the greeting card type. I truly don’t like making them, but damn, I’m good at it.

I wanted to dive deep into using everything and doing more than one project, but it took me an hour to pump this one out. That’s made with time and love. I did use a Stampin’ Up! stamp set and their inks, but that’s because I couldn’t bring myself to extra overthinking and make something I wanted to throw away. If you would like the inks or the Gather Together stamp set (if it’s still available. I have had this for a while), check out one of my crafty friends below. They’re all demonstrators and are some of the sweetest people alive. The links below are to their YouTube channels where you can find all the rest of their information.

I will make more videos using the stuff from the haul. Y’all know how I like my clusters and layered ephemera. Be on the lookout for those project videos.

WBCM PICS Page One-Word Prompts

Hey Sweeties,

I decided to take some inspiration from my own page. I decided to do the One-Word Prompt. I did all the words.

It wasn’t about putting a meaning to all the words as I do in The Word Book. It was more a make these words go with the month, the colors, and with something that’s celebrated this time of year. This time Mardi Gras fell in March, and it’s where I got the inspiration for my prompts, and this is how I got here.

Visit the PICS Page to get your inspiration. Its updated monthly.

The stencils and alcohol sprays can be found in my shop.

If you’d like to see how I made these, click here.

Thelisha’s Crafts & Artsy Solutions

Hey Sweeties,

For the 2022 Blog Challenge from Mrs. Sonya with Artsy Solutions, I decided to make a journal.

For this journal, I used a mix of digital paper kits from Multimedia Crafts DIGI. I have so many kits from her; I can’t stop talking bout it. The kits are well made and interchangeable with her other kits. I believe I used parts from 4-6 different kits. I have kits from a few of my favorite creators, but I haven’t pulled all of them out yet. Gotta do that more!

I also used a layer from a belt for the primary closure and velcro for the inner page closures. We have a bit of lace, cheesecloth, burlap, and faux leather also.

Check out the short version of the video here.
