There will be times when items are damaged or it may not be what you thought you needed. We try to provide as much information in the product description as possible. We recommended reading the product descriptions and policies before placing orders.


  • Items must be returned in the condition they arrived.
  • All items and pieces must be returned.
  • We ask that pictures of damaged items be submitted to before requesting a return.


  • Refunds will be issued when the item is returned.
  • If returns are partial, only a partial refund will be issued.
  • We do not issue refunds for items mishandled by customers.
  • We do not issue refunds for items delivered to the wrong addresses (incorrect address entered by customer).


Carefully open packaging. In case there is a need to return, you’ll be able to reuse the packaging. We do not reimburse for packaging on returned items.
