Always make sure your address and personal information are correct. If you have an issue when your order is placed, please contact us within 24 hours with the correct information.
Return Tip: If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Packaging Tip: Carefully open packaging in case there is a need to return. You’ll be able to reuse the packaging. We do not reimburse you for packaging.
Refund & Returns
Our refund and return windows are 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your shipment arrives, we will not offer you a refund or exchange. If there is an issue with the product, please report it immediately. WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR ISSUES REPORTED OUTSIDE THE RETURN WINDOW.
- We do not offer partial refunds for items that are damaged or have missing parts that you decide to keep.
- We do not issue refunds for items mishandled by the customer.
- We do not issue refunds for incomplete returns. You will be refunded for the items you return.
- We do not issue refunds for items delivered to the incorrect address. Always be sure your address is correct before placing your order. File a claim with the carrier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Even if the product arrives damaged. Please do not remove it from the original packaging, especially if there is clear damage to the shipping box or original packaging. It’s best to take pictures and email support immediately.
*Sellers have the option to use the mentioned above time frame, extend their refund and return windows, and specify which items are returnable or non-returnable. Sellers also have the option to offer replacements/exchanges and partial refunds.
Return Exempt Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer. Return the items to The Sweets or the Seller/Vendor you purchased them from.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address sent to you by email or the address posted on the Seller/Vendors page. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out the contact us form, and return the item to the address emailed to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
For credit cards: Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please fill out the contact us form.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser and they’ll be notified of the return.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning an item or items you no longer want, ordered in excess, or mistakenly ordered. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. This does not apply to damaged and defective items.
