Terms & Conditions:
Free shipping on all orders. This does not include expedited shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS. All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days. We also do not operate outside of business hours. The time it takes to receive your order will include processing time and shipping speed. The Sweets will not offer credits for carrier delays. Many times carriers are busier than expected and your package may have missed sort to arrive on the expected date. We also have to take into account weather and otherworldly disasters that may cause delays. There is no minimum order for free shipping.
Orders & Products:
- 10% off all customized orders. This refers to orders placed by the Contact Us form. This does not apply to items in the Handmade by Thelisha department.
- 50% off all digital downloads.
- This membership does not apply to food items.
We have the right to modify or terminate membership benefits, fees, and/or accounts. Anyone violating or abusing the purchase of products under the membership or sitewide will be removed from our system.
We are not responsible for misuse or items damaged due to misuse.
If we find that there is an abuse of refunds, returns, and/or reporting of damaged items, your membership and account will be terminated. You will be refunded for any available monies related to your membership fee if any.
You can modify your membership at any time:
- The membership cost will prorate (if funds are remaining) upon changing the membership level.
- Your membership can be paused.
- Your membership can be canceled at any time.
Membership cancellations will result in a prorated refund based on the number of orders placed using the free shipping; the number of discounts used for specific items; and the time passed.
We do not issue refunds or make exceptions on accounts not properly monitored by the customer. Be sure to keep up with free trials and memberships with recurring charges. Reminder emails are sent to recurring events to keep you informed.
