Life happens, and sometimes the couriers are careless with your packages. We also make mistakes when placing orders and need to fix these issues as quickly as possible.
Scenarios That Lead to Order Issues
Q: What if the courier damages my product?
A: If the courier damages your package and the item(s) ordered have been affected, please take photos and send them to email@example.com as soon as possible.
The same will apply to items damaged without the package itself being damaged. When you receive your item(s), please contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for items damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
Q: I mistakenly added the wrong address to my order; what do I do now?
A: Before placing your order, we ask that you double-check all information and contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
We are not responsible for items delivered to:
- Old addresses,
- Addresses used in other states for previous orders,
- Misspelled addresses or incorrect streets and zip codes,
- Orders placed for deliveries to closed businesses that have been returned due to many failed attempts.
Sales & Promo Codes
Q: Why didn’t the promo code apply to my order
A: Promo codes do not apply to the following types of orders (when items are in the cart)–sale items, orders that don’t meet the minimum before taxes and shipping, and one may not qualify for the promo in effect. Promos will automatically apply when requirements are met.
